Disney Vacation Club Resorts
There are currently 11 in-network DVC resorts. The majority of the resorts are located at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida but there are several located in some of the most desirable destinations across the U.S. So whether you’re looking for better amenities for your annual trip to Disney World, or a relaxing beach vacation, you’re sure to find the perfect accommodations through a Disney timeshare resort.
Disney Home Resort
Although points can be applied towards a variety of accommodations, owners must select a DVC home resort when buying a Disney Vacation Club timeshare. For example, you could purchase 160 points specifically at Disney’s Animal Kingdom (your home resort), then use the points to book a vacation at Disney’s Beach Club Villas.
With a home resort, you’ll have the additional benefit of the DVC Home Resort Priority Period. This is a four-month span at the start of the use year when home resort members are given booking priority. After the first four months, any DVC member can make a reservation at your home resort (just as you can make reservations at other DVC resorts after that time).
